The inaugural Women’s Emerging teams Asia Cup will be played between 22-27 October in Sri Lanka with the participation of hosts Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
The Thurstan College Cricket grounds and R. Premadasa International Cricket stadium have been arranged to host the tournament with the Sri Lanka Emerging team playing all their matches at RPICS.
All teams will play each other in the group stage and the top 2 teams will progress to the final.

India, Bangladesh and Pakistan emerging teams will be led by Devika Vaidya, Shaila Sharmin and Rameen Shamim respectively while the skipper of Sri Lanka Emerging team has not been announced yet.
