SL Ports Authority, Bloomfield, NCC, CCC and Moors registered outright wins in their week 3 matches in the SLC Premier League Tournament 2014/15 on Sunday. 

Bloomfield and SL Ports Authority have outright wins in sight when they ended day two of the third week’s matches in the SLC Premier League Tournament on Saturday. 

Moors wicket-keeper batsman Denuwan Rajakaruna and Badureliya skipper Milinda Siriwardene struck majestic tons on the first day of the third week in the SLC Premier League Tournament. Many games were delayed to commence due to overnight rain and few games ended prematurely due to bad light. 

Tamil Union staged a stunning fight back to beat the high-riding Colts outfit while CCC completed an easy win over Chilaw Marians as the week two of the SLC Premier League Tournament 2014/15 ended on Sunday with only two outright victories.

Many matches were heading for tame draws except for the CCC vs Chilaw Marians and Saracens vs SSC match which are likely to produce outright victories as two days of week two action of the SLC Premier League Tournament 2014/15 is concluded. 

Underdogs in week one, CCC, Badureliya CC and Saracens SC came back strongly during day one of second week’s proceedings of the SLC Premier League Tournament 2014/15.

Colts CC emerged as the champions of the SLC Premier Limited Overs Tournament 2014/15 when they comprehensively beat the defending champions, SSC by 56 runs in the final played at R. Premadasa Stadium on Sunday. 

Sinhalese Sports Club (SSC) beat Moors Sports Club by 5 runs (D/L method) in the 2nd semi-final of the Premier Limited Overs Tournament 2014/15 and booked a place against Colts Cricket Club in the final.

All-round brilliant Colts CC booked their place in the Premier Limited Overs Tournament 2014/15 finals when they defeated Ragama CC by 65 runs (D/L method) in the 1st semi-final worked out on Thursday at R.Premadasa Stadium.
