ITF World Tennis Tour was worked off successfully last Sunday (9th October) at the Sri Lanka Tennis Association, Colombo.
Out of 32 entries in the Boys’ singles, Lorant Gyori from Hugary and Kiran Vairavanathan from Sri Lanka booked their spot in the finals. Gyori grabbed the win after the third set with the scores of 6/4, 5/7, 6/2.

Gyori and Aryan Jit Singh [India] clashed against Chun Tang [Chinese Taipei] and Vairavanathan [Sri Lanka] at the Boys’ doubles finals. Gyori and Aryan Singh extended their name as the champs with a score line of 6/3, 6/7, 10/8.
Joining the parade Miyu Kageyama and Rio Wakayama of Japan emerged champions against Dinara De Silva and Saajida Razick in the Girls’ doubles, scores 7/6, 5/7, 10/5.
Rio Wakayama clashed against Miyu Kageyama in the Girls’ singles finals, claiming the title with 2 sets to 1.
