In another twist in the tale of the SLRFU v SLSRFA saga the IRB is to fine the Sri Lanka Rugby Football Union (SLRFU) a sum of £ 10, 000 for delay in submitting the report on the two schoolboy doping cases last year.
It is learnt that the schools authority who was seconded to submit a written decision on the anti-doping matter of the two school boys found guilty last year, has not yet done so.
The SLRFU claims it has written to the Sri Lanka School Rugby Football Association (SLSRFA ) two weeks back requesting this report on the request by Mr. Dave Ho of IRB and up to date no report has been received by the SLRFU.
