Gritty Science College secured their maiden under 20 schools championship beating Isipathana College by 21- 18 points in the Milo President's Trophy final played at Royal Sports Complex on Sunday.

Defending champions Isipathana College have one last chance to secure a trophy this year after missing out on the 7s and the league tournament. The finals will be played at the Royal Complex this Sunday the 12th July at 4.30pm.

A smashing performance from the boys from Science College who beat Royal College to make history and compete in the President Trophy finals for the first time on coming Sunday. Full time score SC 52 (T8 C6) – RC 26 (T4 C3)

Isipathana College who worked as a team put on a magnificent display of rugby to make their entry to the finals of the Milo President’s knockouts when they defeated Trinity College 28-37 at the Royal Sports Complex a short while ago.

Science College Mt.Lavinia who finished fourth in the league and will now play against Royal College in the knock outs semi-final on the 4th July after the win against St. Peters in the quarters.
