Sri Lanka Cricket has announced the national Under-19 squad for the upcoming ACC Men’s U19 Asia Cup 2025, which will be played in the 50-over format in the United Arab Emirates.
The team will be led by Vimath Dinsara, a promising all-rounder and a product of Royal College, Colombo. Dinsara has been a standout performer at youth level and will look to guide the side through a competitive group stage.
Sri Lanka has been drawn into Group B alongside Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Nepal. All three opponents have shown strong development in their youth structures, making the group a challenging one for the islanders.
Sri Lanka will play their group fixtures on the following dates:
- 13th December – vs Nepal
- 15th December – vs Afghanistan
- 17th December – vs Bangladesh
The young Sri Lankan side will depart the island on 10th December to take part in the regional tournament.
