Royal College, Colombo (A) and Richmond College, Galle (A) are set to battle in the Semi Final encounter of U13 Division 1 Inter-Schools Cricket Tournament 2023/24.
The semi-final encounter between the sides will be played at Ananda Sasthralaya Grounds, Kotte tomorrow (22nd January).

The defending champions Royal College advanced to the second round as the group champion in the first round. Royal College beat Maliyadeva College in the second round and beat St. Joseph’s College, Colombo (A) in the pre quarter final round. Royal College beat Carey College, Colombo in the quarter final round to book their place in semi-final.
Richmond College, Galle advanced to the second round as the group champion in their group in the first round. They beat Dharmasoka College, Ambalangoda in the second round and overcame Isipathana College, Colombo in the pre quarter final round. Richmond College beat De Mazenod College, Kandana in the quarter final round to qualify for semi-final.

Royal College will be led by Niithesh Jayasinghe and Richmond College will be led by Hiruk Akalnaka in the semi-final encounter.
