Sri Lanka Basketball Association, together with the Management and the Organizing Committee of Vaaj Junior League, have postponed the Vaaj Junior Premier League 2022, which was scheduled to be played over this weekend starting from 8th of December to 11th of December.
This decision was taken as a result of a malfunctioning hydraulic system in one of the Basketball rims at the venue.
The Vaaj Junior League will begin on January 12th and run through January 15th of 2022, as announced by SLBF this morning. The Level I Boys’ and Level I and II Girls’ competitions will take place at the new dates and locations.

The venues are Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium and Air Force Complex.
