John Keells and MODE Engineering have qualified for the final of the MCA Super Premier T20 Tournament as they defeated Hatton National Bank and Hayleys Group respectively today (22nd June) at Colombo.

John Keells Group registered a thrilling 2-wicket win over HNB in the first semi-final encounter worked off today at NCC Grounds in Colombo.
A collective bowling effort from John Keells restricts HNB to a modest total of 130/9 which was then chased thanks to the vital contributions with the bat from Sachitha Jayathilake (35) and Kavin Bandara (35).
In the other semi-final at MCA Grounds, MODE Engineering beat Hayleys Group by 19 runs as Dushan Hemantha (47), Sajith de Silva (45) and Arul Pragash (37) put on a match-winning effort with the bat.
