We, along with our partners; Earth Hour Sri Lanka, E FM, Leo Burnett, Colombo Taprobane Round Table 3 and ThePapare.com will bring together Coco’s friends and family to observe Earth Hour, which falls on the 29th of March, 2014, over an Acoustic Open Mic at Coco Veranda, Crescat Boulevard.
We feel it’s important to create awareness and encourage our friends to take action to protect our planet! All non-essential lights will be switched off at both Coco Veranda outlets at Ward Place and Crescat Boulevard to mark the hour. Once again, the famous and traditional Earth Hour coffee art was created to jumpstart our campaign – portraying “60+ Earth Hour” to show our commitment to go beyond the hour!
Coco has a few contests leading up to “Power Up Earth Hour”, such as the ‘Coco Doodle Contest’ and ‘Earth Hour Pledge’ with a few complimentary treats such as the “Earth Hour Discount” for our customers! On the 29th March, come “Switch Off and Tune In” to a fun evening filled with great tunes (and yummy delights!) to celebrate our Earth!”
