Asian Netball Championship 2020 postponed indefinitely

Due to the pandemic of COVID-19 (Corona Virus) the 2020 Asian Netball Championship has been postponed indefinitely.

This was confirmed to by the President of the Netball Federation of Sri Lanka (NFSL) Lakshmi Victoria. The tournament was originally scheduled to be played in South Korea in June.

“The tournament has been postponed indefinitely. We are working on a rescheduled date but we will take our time given the situation around the world. If it gets postponed to the latter stages of the year, South Korea will be much colder and it is my view that we should have it in a country where the conditions are much more suitable for the majority of the countries,” added Lakshmi Victoria.
