The U17 Sri Lanka Youth League 2026 is set to get underway on August 20 with five teams competing for the title in this year’s tournament.
Kandy, Galle, Dambulla, Colombo South and Colombo North will be the five participating teams in the tournament.
The tournament will follow a round-robin format, with each team facing every other team once. As a result, each side will play four matches during the league stage.
At the end of the round-robin stage, the top four teams in the points table will advance to the semi-finals, which are scheduled to be played on August 27.
The winners of the two semi-finals will then battle it out in the grand final on August 29, with the tournament set to crown its U17 champions.
