The National Cricket Selection Committee has announced a 15-member Sri Lanka Women’s squad for the upcoming ODI series against Pakistan Women.
Led by captain Chamari Athapaththu, the squad largely retains the core group of players who featured in Sri Lanka’s recent ODI series victory over Bangladesh, where they secured a 2-1 triumph.
Among the notable inclusions are opening batter Vishmi Gunaratne and wicket-keeper batter Anushka Sanjeewani, both of whom return to the national setup after missing the Bangladesh ODI series.
