Vantage FA Cup 2018 Round of 16 is set to kick off on the 24th of October, with the finals to be played by the end of November.
Ebony Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. (Vantage Shirts) has come forward to sponsor the FA Cup for the very first time in Sri Lanka Football history. The FA Cup is the longest standing and leading knockout basis tournament conducted by the Football Federation of Sri Lanka (FFSL).

This year’s championship commenced on the 22nd of April 2019 with the participation of 715 teams representing the 60 Football Leagues across the Island. The Tournament has now reached the ‘Round of 16’ stage, which will commence from tomorrow (24th October 2018) onwards.
The Champions will receive a cash prize of Rs. 700,000, while the runners-up will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 500,000 respectively.
President of the FFSL Anura De Silva commented on the sponsorship by Ebony Holdings as he said,
“We are proud and happy to get the contribution from Ebony Holdings (PVT) LTD. At the Round of 16 of the FA Cup Championship and we are looking forward to their sponsorship for the FA Cup in the coming years and want to extend our gratitude to Ebony Holdings for putting their weight to the betterment of Sri Lankan Football.”
De Silva finished with a humble request to the Nation, “We request all of you to support us on this journey as we try to bring Sri Lanka Football to a higher place.”
