Sri Lanka Schools Under 15 cricket team will meet Bangladesh Under 15 team in the final of the International Under 15 Cricket Challenge for the “Tunku Ja’afar Trophy” today at Bayemas Oval stadium in Malaysia.

 

Sri Lanka played 5 matches and won all their matches against Bangladesh, Malaysia, South Africa, Singapore and India in the first round.

The team beat Singapore by 279 runs in the last match of the first round at Kelab Aman on Friday (10). Skipper Nipun Dhananjaya (St. Joseph Vaz) was adjudicated man of the match.

Bangladesh played five matches and won 4 – against India, Singapore, South Africa and Malaysia, and their only loss was against Sri Lanka.

SL U-15 beat S’pore U-15 by 279 runs
