Defending champions Royal College, Colombo (A) will meet Carey College, Colombo in the quarter finals of the Under 13 Division 1 Inter-Schools Cricket Tournament conducted by Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association with sponsorship by Sri Lanka Cricket on 8th January at Ananda Sastralaya, Kotte.
Royal College advanced to the second round as the group champion in the first round. Carey College advanced to the second round as the 3rd place in their group in the first round.
Royal College beat Maliyadeva College, Kurunegala and Carey College, Colombo beat St. Sylvester’s College, Kandy in the second round fixtures.

Royal College beat St. Joseph’s College, Colombo (A) and Carey College beat Ananda College, Colombo (A) in the pre quarter final round fixtures.
Royal College will be led by Niithesh Jayasinghe while Carey College will be led by Gavinu Bandarigoda.
