Karachi, May 13 (ANI): The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is considering shifting their upcoming home series against West Indies from United Arab Emirates ( UAE) to Sri Lanka.

Pakistan is scheduled to host three-match Test series, six-match ODI series and one-off T20 international against West Indies in October.

Confirming the news, PCB Executive Committee Chairman, Najam Sethi, revealed the board is not generating enough revenue from its home series in the Middle East and, therefore, they are looking forward to shift their venue to Sri Lanka, the Dawn reported.

Lanka’s ground will be available for international commitments after hosting Australia from July to September.

Earlier in 2002, Pakistan used Lanka as a neutral venue to play a Test match against Australia.(ANI)
