The rain continued to hamper the proceedings of the third week’s matches of National Super League 2023 at Kandy and Dambulla.

Colombo vs Jaffna
There were only 11.4 overs of play possible on day two of the encounter between Colombo and Jaffna at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium as the rain washed out the rest of the play for the day.
During the short passage of play, Jaffna who were in a spot of bother at the close of play on day one at 136/5, lost 2 more wickets for 35 runs including the big scalp of the skipper Dhananjaya de Silva.
