Sri Lanka registered another win, this time defeating India 81-31 at the 13th Asian Netball Championship 2024 at the Koramangala Indoor Stadium in Bangalore, India.
India scored the first goal, and at one point, the scores were tied at 5-all. However, Sri Lanka went on a 12-4 run to end the first quarter 17-9.

Sri Lanka, eager to assert their dominance, produced a superb second quarter, winning it 21-3 to extend their lead to 39-12. The third and fourth quarters were smooth sailing for the islanders as they outscored India 21-9 and 21-10, respectively.

Sri Lanka maintained an impressive 92% shooting accuracy, scoring 81 out of 88 shots. Thishala Algama once again led the scoring, missing just one shot with 60 out of 61 (98%), while Rashmi Perera contributed 11 out of 14 (79%) and Hasitha Mendis added 10 out of 13, shooting at 77%.
