Sri Lanka recorded a 118-5 victory over Saudi Arabia in their second game of the 13th Asian Netball Championship 2024 at the Koramangala Indoor Stadium in Bangalore, India.
Coming off a 73-44 win against the Philippines, Sri Lanka got off to a rapid start, scoring 27 out of 30 shots in the first quarter while allowing only 2 for Saudi Arabia, who were playing in their first Asian Netball Championship. (27-2)

The defending champions upped their game in the 2nd quarter scoring 32 while Saudi Arabia were left scoreless (32-0). Sri Lanka led 59-2 at half time.

The third and fourth quarters followed the same pattern as Sri Lanka dominated Saudi Arabia 32-1 and 27-2, securing a comfortable win. Sri Lanka maintained a 91% shooting accuracy, scoring 118 out of 129 attempts.
For Sri Lanka, Thishala Algama led the scoring with 76 out of 81 shots (94%), while Rashmi Perera contributed 24 out of 28 (86%), and Hasitha Mendis scored 18 out of 20, shooting at 90%.
