At the 6th Sri Lanka Schools Age Group Aquatic Sports Novices Championship 2013 held at Sugathadasa Stadium Swimming Pool from 15th to 17th February 2013 the swimmers of Lyceum International School Nugegoda performed well.
Girls emerged Overall Champions and Boys were 2nd runners up.
The Under 09 Boys Champion Swimmer is Savin Kaluarachchi of Lyceum Nugegoda and Under 11 Boys Champion is Janith Wickramanayake also of Lyceum Nugegoda. 121 schools participated.
The swimmers were coached by Nishantha Perera Head Coach of Lyceum Nugegoda and the Teacher in Charge was Mr. J. A. S. Somachandra.
