Singer U15 Div I cricket tournament is been affected badly due to heavy weather. Here’s a brief look into few matches which was concluded during the last couple of days.

Gurukula College, Kelaniya VS St Anthony’s College, Wattala

Gurukula College put up a good show with both bat and ball to gain first innings points against St Anthony’s College at Basilika Grounds. Gurukula won the toss, elected to bat first and posted 177 for 9 declared for their first innings. In reply St Anthony’s were bundled out for just 90 runs.

Holy Cross College, Kalutara VS Royal College, Panadura

Ruthila Akalanka’s five wicket haul helped Holy Cross gain first innings points in a close battle against Royal College, Panadura. Royal won the toss and put their opponents to bat first. Holy Cross was bowled out for 83 runs and in return Royal could only manage to score 73 runs which gave Holy Cross a first innings victory.
