Dilshan to play in Kashmir Premier League

Former Sri Lankan cricketer Tillakaratne Dilshan set to play in the first edition of the Kashmir Premier League as he has been drafted by franchise team Muzaffarabad Tigers.

Former South African cricketer Herschelle Gibbs and former England cricketers Monty Panesar, Matt Prior, Owais Shah and Phil Mustard have been picked as overseas players along with Dilshan to play in KPL 2021. 

The inaugural Kashmir Premier League is organized by the Pakistan Cricket Board and will commence on 4th August 2021.

Six franchise teams will compete with each other in the first round where the top 4 teams will qualify for the Playoffs.
