Lyceum International School Nugegoda emerged Champions at the Colombo South Zonal Championship recently. The final match was held at St. Peters College. Lyceum Nugegoda trounced Royal College 68 – 65 in an exciting game.
In the semi finals Lyceum International School Nugegoda beat St. Peters College 80 – 54.
Viren Samaranayake was adjudged as the Most Valuable player and Senal Senanayake as the Best Defensive player.
The team was captained by Viren Samaranayake and Coached by Mr. Roshan Gunasekara Teacher in Charge is Mrs. Vanessa Labrooy.
