Air Commodore Roshan Biyanwela has been elected, uncontested new Secretary of Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) and the appointment was ratified at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held yesterday (7th January) at SLC premises in Colombo.
The position of secretary was vacant with the appointment of the sitting Secretary Mohan de Silva as the Vice President in charge of National Cricket at SLC.
Biyanwela has been involved at the SLC in the capacity of a member of the Executive Committee before being appointed in his new role as Secretary.
