The Western Province Rugby Football Union has organized an exciting Inter Club 7s Rugby tournament scheduled to take place on the 26th and 27th April 2014 at Police Park Bambalapitiya. This tournament will be played for Asian Finance Trophy and held for the 4th consequent year.
A number of entries have been received from many leading Sports Clubs, Development Clubs, Universities, Mercantile Sector Rugby teams, and Old Boy’s teams. Non-national (Foreign ) players will also be eligible to participate in the tournament.
There will be trophies on offer for the winning teams in the Cup, Plate, Bowl and Shield Championship and prize money of Rs.100,000/= is pitted for the Cup Champions.
