In an event that was organized by Sri Lanka Tourism and Promotion Bureau and facilitated by A goal rugby, Australian Super rugby franchise Melbourne Rebels alongside Rugby Victoria announced a long-term partnership with Sri Lanka in developing the women’s game in the country and also announced that two scholarships will be awarded to two selected female players who will receive a lifetime opportunity to travel to Melbourne and try out for the Melbourne Rebels Women’s team.
