32 teams have qualified for the second round of the Under 15 Inter-School Division II Cricket Tournament organized by the Sri Lanka School Cricket Association.

76 school teams participated in the first round under 13 groups. The 32 teams that qualified for the second round will compete in a knockout round. 

The top 2 teams from each group will qualify for the second round and 6 teams from each group will also qualify for the second round.

St. Thomas’ College Kollupitiya, Royal College (B) Colombo, St. Peter’s College (B) Bambalapitiya, St. Sebastian’s College (B) Moratuwa, Henegama Vidyalaya, Rajasinghe Vidyalaya Hanwella, Wayamba Royal College Kurunegala, Sri Sumangala College Kandy, St. Anthony’s College (B) Katugastota, Jaffna Central College, Wadduwa Central College, St. Thomas’ College Bandarawela and St. Aloysius’ College Ratnapura qualified for the second round as the champions of their groups in the first round. 

Mahanama College (B) Colombo, Zahira College Colombo, Thurstan College (B) Colombo, President College (B) Kotte, Mahinda Rajapaksa College Homagama, Taxila Central College Horana, Ananda College Chilaw, Wickramabahu College Gampola, Sri Rahula College Katugastota, Christudeva College Matale, Gamini College Benthota, Badulla Central College and Dudley Senanayake College Tholangamuwa qualified for the second round as runners-up in their respective groups in the first round. 

St. Sebastian College Katuneriya, Prince College Ratnapura, Sri Sumangala College Hikkaduwa, Nalanda College (B) Colombo, Trinity College (B) Kandy and De Mazenod College (B) Kandana joined the second round as the third-placed teams in their respective groups in the first round.
