The Annual Golfing contest between Thurstan College and Isipathana College for Naomal Fernando Challenge Trophy donated by distinguished old boy Naomal Fernando of Isipathana College, Chairman/Managing Director of JFI Printers & Packaging Ltd, is scheduled for Sunday, 14th of March 2021.
The inaugural encounter was held in 2018 at the RCGC with ten golfers teeing off from each team. The tally currently stands at 2 wins to 1 in favour of Thurstan.

- Overall Winners for Naomal Fernando Championship Trophy decided from cumulative Stapleford points from 4 best cards from each Team.
- Best Golfer challenge trophy donated by yet another distinguished old boy Chairman/MD Jehad Ariff of Macson Mesh (Pvt.) Ltd, from highest points obtained as per Stapleford points.
- Best Player on Gross points obtained
- Best Player on Nett points obtained
- Longest drive on the 8th hole
- Closest to the pin on the 9th hole
