The knockout stages of ThePapare Basketball Championship, that were postponed due to adverse weather, have been rescheduled and will commence in mid-October.
TPBC2017 commenced on the 02nd of September with the 1st round games in the girls` category taking place. The two semi-finals of the tournament had to be postponed due to adverse weather.
The boys` category commenced their games on the 05th of September. The group stage matches were postponed were shifted from scheduled venues to the Air Force Indoor Courts and Kothalawala Defense University Indoor Basketball Courts.
The tournament will recommence on the 15th of October with the two semi-finals of the girls` category.
The revised scheduled is as follows:
15th October – 2.30 PM – Girls’ SF 01 – Holy Family Convent v Lyceum International School Wattala.
15th October – 4.00 PM – Girls’ SF 02 – St. Joseph`s Girls School – Nugegoda v Gateway College Colombo
16th October – 2.30 PM – Boys’ QF 01 – Asian International School vs Lyceum International School Wattala – Watch live here

17th October – 2.30 PM – Boys’ QF 03 – Royal College vs Colombo International School Kandy – Watch live here
