Sri Lanka Schools Netball Association named a 12-player squad for the 2025 Waverley International Schools Netball Championships in Australia.
The annual event, where Sri Lanka has participated consistently, attracts schools from across Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Singapore. The tournament will be held at the Waverley Netball Centre, Melbourne, Australia.

Sri Lanka Schools Team will be captained by Maheshi Kulasekara from Mahamaya Girls’ College, Kandy and she will be assisted by Venuji Gunawardena (Musaeus College) and Sithuki Liyanage (Hillwood College, Kandy).
Reheni Wijesena and Sayumi Suriyaarachchi are from Sujatha Vidyalaya, Matara while Chenuki Jayasingha and Sithuki Liyanage, both from Hillwood College, Kandy, are the other two representing the same school.

Yasanthi Thusharika from Tissa Central College will be the Head Coach. Nirodha Abeywickrama (President – Sri Lanka Schools Netball Association) will be the Team Manager while Deepani Seneviratne will be the Assistant Manager and Shiranthi Prasadika will be the Umpire.
