Batting first, West Indies Academy Team posted 237 runs on the board with Ackeem Auguste, Carlon Bowen-Tuckett and Rivaldo Clarke chipping in with fifties.

For Sri Lanka, off-spinner Traveen Mathew and speedster Garuka Sanketh stood out with the ball, capturing 3 wickets apiece.
The visitors cruised to the target with ease as Ahan Wickramasinghe and Nipun Dhananjaya notched up match-winning knocks.
Wickramasinghe top scored with a knock of 103 runs off 79 balls with 10 fours and 2 sixes at a strike rate of 130.37. Dhananjaya hit 88 runs off 125 balls with 7 fours and 2 sixes.

Wickramasinghe and Dhananjaya built a match-winning 155-run stand for the fourth wicket to set the tone for the victory.
