In its fourth successful year, Red Bull Campus Cricket (RBCC) is back to fuel the passions of young Sri Lankan cricketers. Red Bull Campus matches are played under the same regulations that govern ICC T20 matches. The first-round games were held last May and the top 8 teams were qualified to play the quarter-finals. Defending champions, ICBT and defending runner-up, RIC (Royal Institute) got a free passage to the quarter-finals.

Many budding club players who are deemed as future Sri Lankan stars will take part in this exciting T20 tournament and the winner will represent Sri Lanka to play the World Finals in October and this time around, cricketing giants’ India will host the event.
