The Sri Lanka Hockey Federation is all set to kick off Sri Lanka Schools hockey tournaments in June, July, August and November. The tournaments will feature players in the under 20, under 18, under 16 and under 14 age categories.
The Under 20 Inter District School Girls’ and Boys’ matches are scheduled to commence on the 9th of June and will conclude on the 11th of June. The matches will be played in the capital of the central province, Kandy. Whilst the All Island Schools Under 20 Tournament is scheduled to take place on the 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th July in the commercial capital, Colombo.
Under 18 Tournament is to be worked off on the 30th of July to 2nd of August in Matale and will be followed by the Under 16 tournament which will be held in Badulla on the 18th – 21st August. The Under 14 Tournament will take place from 25th – 28th of November 2022.
