The National Cricket Selection Committee has announced a 28-member Sri Lanka ‘A’ squad to compete against the New Zealand ‘A’ team.
The young batting sensation Pasindu Sooriyabandara will lead the Sri Lankan side in the four-day games while experienced off-spinning all-rounder Sahan Arachchige will lead the side in one-day matches.

The New Zealand ‘A’ team is touring Sri Lanka from 3rd April to 27th April 2026. The selected squad will take part in three one-day matches and two four-day matches scheduled during the tour.
The tour will commence with the one-day series, which will start on the 5th of April at Galle International Cricket Stadium.
