The fifth week’s matches of the National Super League 4-Day Tournament 2025 commenced today (20th April) at Dambulla and Pallekele.
National capped batter Dinesh Chandimal struck a brilliant century helping Team Galle post 265/7 on Day 1 of the 9th match of the tournament against Team Colombo at Dambulla International Cricket Stadium.

Chandimal made 132 runs off 195 balls with 14 fours and a six while the skipper Ramesh Mendis chipped in with an unbeaten knock of 56 runs.
Team Jaffna managed to post 206 runs for 2 wickets on rain-hit Day 1 of the 10th match of the tournament against Team Dambulla at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.

The opening batter Ravindu Rasantha scored an unbeaten century – 100 off 196 balls with 10 fours while the veteran batter Angelo Mathews remained unbeaten on 63 runs. The due added 131-run stand for the third wicket at the close of play.
