A first half goal from H.R.Priyawansa proved enough as Moragasmulla SC, made amends to last year’s finals heartbreak, to hold off a unrelenting Pelicans SC attack in the second half to win the 2016 Premier League Division I Final 1-0 at the Maliyadeva College grounds in Kurunegala.
