Junior John Tarbet concludes with ten new records.

The Junior John Tarbet athletics championships which commenced on the 2nd of November 2014 concluded yesterday with ten new records established by the junior athletes

 

The third and he final day of the John Tarbet athletic championships commenced with the under fourteen girls long jump event where Nethmi Meghawarna emerged as the champion with a distance of 5.38m while Prasadi Lashani of Holy Cross College- Gampaha emerged runners up with a distance of 5.23m. 

 

Ten new records were established in this edition of the tournament.
