Fourteen Sri Lankans have been picked to play in the 7th edition of Abu Dhabi T10 League.
Six Sri Lankans – Matheesha Pathirana (Bangla Tigers), Charith Asalanka (Chennai Braves), Bhanuka Rajapakse (Chennai Braves), Maheesh Theekshana (Morrisville Samp Army), Wanindu Hasaranga (Northern Warriors), Angelo Mathews (Northern Warriors) were initially signed by the franchises as either pre drafted or retained players ahead of the player draft.
In addition to them, eight more Sri Lankans were picked at the Abu Dhabi T10 League Season 7 draft which concluded today (9th October).

New York Strikers drafted four Sri Lankans – Kusal Perera, Lahiru Kumara, Chamika Karunaratne and Lasith Croospulle to their roster from the player draft. Kusal Mendis (Bangla Tigers), Dunith Wellalage (Delhi Bulls), Dilshan Madushanka (Team Abu Dhabi) and Nuwan Thushara (Deccan Gladiators) were the other Sri Lankans picked in the player draft.
The 7th edition of Abu Dhabi T10 League will be played from 28th November to 9th December this year with the participation of eight franchise teams – Bangla Tigers, Deccan Gladiators, New York Strikers, Morrisville Samp Army, Northern Warriors, Team Abu Dhabi, Delhi Bulls, and The Chennai Braves.
