The Dialog Rugby Season 2018/19 will kick off in celebrative fashion under lights on the 9th of November at Havelock Park as the hosts take on Army Sports Club.

The premier club rugby tournament in the country, the Dialog Rugby League sees the participation of the top eight teams in the country, competing for the prized silverware.

The two-round league tournament this year will have a new addition that will see a knockout round with the top four teams competing for the Cup while the bottom four contest for the Plate title.

The usual 14-week league will have two more rounds with a semifinal and final to decide the winners of the Cup and Plate.

The 1st round of matches will be carried out from 9th November to 23rd December 2018 while the 2nd round will be worked off from 4th January to 17th February. The super round will start from 22nd February and finish on the 3rd of March with the all-important Cup final.

                         New format for the Dialog Rugby League

With the national body giving the green light for overseas representation, the league is set to be a more competitive one this season.

We will see a majority of games scheduled to be night games this time around with the Racecourse grounds playing host to both CH & FC and Army SC.
