Sri Lanka are eyeing a win and the series in the second of the two friendly internationals against Bangladesh at the Muktijoddha Smriti Stadium in Rajshahi.

Nalaka Roshan free kick earned Sri Lanka a moral boosting 1-1 draw against Bangladesh in front of 12,000 vociferous fans at the Shamsul Huda Stadium in Jessore, Bangladesh. 

Sri Lankan coach Nikola Kavazovic is placing high importance on their first friendly match against Bangladesh which will kick off today (24th) at 4.30 pm at the Shamsul Huda Stadium, Bangladesh. 

Sri Lanka national football team will be leaving to Bangladesh to play two friendly internationals on the 24th and 27th of October.

A brace from Suleyman Muhadov saw FC HTTU through to Friday's AFC President's Cup final and a meeting with DPR Korea's Rimyongsu Club, after the Turkmen team recorded a 2-1 win over Sri Lanka Air Force SC on Wednesday.

Rimyongsu Club booked their place in the AFC President's Cup final with a comfortable 4-0 win over Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra Limited of Bangladesh in Wednesday's final Group B tie at Sugathadasa Stadium.
