Brendon’s School of Cricket Senior & Junior teams embarked on its 17th tour of India (Bangalore & Mysore) in August 2014. The Senior team was Captained by Vihan Weeraratna & the Junior Team was Captained by Sasrika Gajasinghe.
The 18 day tour has mixed results with six wins, five loses. The other game was rained off when we were in a winning position. Each touring party member had an opportunity of playing minimum of six games, keeping in line with our training principals of gaining valuable exposure & match Practices on tour.
Both Senior and Junior Team Captains Excelled and lead the team from the front but Karindu Wickramasinghe was the find of the tour averaging 142.5 with a Century to his credit.
On the final day outstanding performances were recognized.
