Bangladesh U19 registered a 39-run win (DLS Method) over Sri Lanka U19 in the third match of the six-match Youth ODI series played today (30th April) at Colts Grounds, Colombo. With this win, the visitors managed to take series lead, 2-1.
Having won the toss, Bangladesh opted to bat first and posted 144 runs for 2 wickets before rain intervened the play in the 28th over.

Bangladesh skipper Azizul Hakim top scored with an unbeaten knock of 67 runs. The opening batter Zawad Abrar also contributed with valuable 38 runs.
The hosts were set a target of 160 runs to win in 22 overs, but they only managed to post 120 runs for 7 wickets after the 22nd over. Sri Lanka were 39 runs short of the DLS revised target, thus ended up in the losing side.
