The ICC and ECB have revealed the complete schedule for the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026, with the competition set to run from June 12 to July 5. This comes following the completion of the Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifiers last month.
Netherlands bagged their maiden T20 World Cup qualification with three wins in three in the Super Six stage of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Global Qualifiers. Scotland and Ireland joined them as well as Bangladesh to complete the full line-up.
Group 1: Australia, South Africa, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Netherlands
Group 2: West Indies, England, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Ireland, Scotland
The opening fixture, between England and Sri Lanka, will be played at Edgbaston, with an India-Pakistan game scheduled for June 14. Sri Lanka are grouped in second group alongside defending champions New Zealand, 2009 winners England, 2016 champions West Indies and Ireland and Scotland.
A total of 33 matches will be played across seven venues: Old Trafford Cricket Ground, Headingley, Hampshire Bowl, Bristol County Ground, Edgbaston, The Oval, with the final set to be held at Lord’s.
