Australia ‘A’ registered a massive win over Sri Lanka ‘A’ in the opening game of the three-match One Day series played today (4th July) in Darwin.
Having been asked to bat first, the hosts managed to put on a mammoth total – 332/4 on the board with four of their batters – Nathan McSweeney, Matthew Renshaw, Oliver Peake and Jason Sangha chipping in with half-centuries.

In reply, Sri Lanka ‘A’ faltered with the bat as they were bundled out for just 134 runs, handing a 198-run win for the hosts. No. 3 batter Kamil Mishara was the standout batter for the visitors as made impressive 65 runs off 79 balls with 7 fours.
