Sri Lanka Test squad for the upcoming tour of Pakistan which will be held from 11th December onwards, has been announced by Sri Lanka Cricket with only one change made to the previous squad which played in the Test series against New Zealand.
The Test squad will be led by regular skipper Dimuth Karunaratne and the experienced campaigners like Angelo Mathews, Dinesh Chandimal and Kusal Mendis who decided to stay away from touring Pakistan for the limited overs tour in August, have also been included in this squad as well.
The only change from the previous Test squad is the addition of Kasun Rajitha making it a 16-man squad. Rajitha will be accompanied by veteran Suranga Lakmal, Lahiru Kumara and Vishwa Fernando in the pace battery while the spin front is led by Dilruwan Perera with the assistance of lefties, Lasith Embuldeniya and Lakshan Sandakan.
