Sri Lanka Rugby Football Union (SLRFU) in partnership with Seylan Tikiri will conduct a mini rugby carnival at the Royal Complex this Saturday the 16th July 2016.
16 teams will be participating to play the U10 tag rugby competition and U12 category as well. This will comprise of three legs, the second leg being worked off on 30th July and the last leg on the 13th August at the Royal Complex.
