In the A Division Women’s category, MAS Active Stretchline and Omegaline made it into the final while Telecom Sabaragamuwa secured 3rd place. In the A Division Men’s category, Prosperous Ltd will battle it out against Brandix Lingerie Ltd, Nittambuwa in the final. Citizen Development Business PLC won the 3rd place.
In the Championship Women’s category, Omegaline and Brandix Casualwear, Awissawella are in the final and MAS Linea Clothing won 3rd place. In the Championship Men’s category, Crystal Martin Katunayake and David Peiris Motor Company Ltd will meet in the final while Brandix Intimate Apparel Ltd Katunayake won 3rd place.
In the Super League Brandix Green Plant Seeduwa won the Women’s category 3rd place while Courtaulds Clothing Lanka (Pvt) Ltd won the Men’s category 3rd place.
The Grand Finals of the 2017 Mercantile Volleyball Championship will be held on the 16th & 17th of September at the National Youth Services Council Indoor Stadium. All the final matches will be held on ‘best of 5 sets’ basis.
