Former National Women’s Team Captain and the present coach of Bishops College Ms.Dinesha Perera has been appointed by the International Hockey Federation to officiate at the World League Hockey Tournament currently being played in Singapore.
Dinesha was a brilliant hockey player and captained the National Team at the World League Hockey Tournament in 2012 and in Asian Hockey Federation cup tournament 2012 after having represented the country for over a decade.
She is also a qualified umpire having completed AHF Hockey Umpires course in Malaysia and officiated in many International Hockey Tournaments conducted by the Asian Hockey Federation.
She also successfully completed the Level 1 and Level 2 Hockey Coaching Courses and is currently the coach of Bishops College Hockey Teams.
