Hambanthota Sharks hosted the Army team on Friday in the round 8 of Dialog Rugby League where the visitors won a much needed victory to regather as a team after two continuous lost.

In week 7 the much anticipated traditional rivalry between Kandy and CR in Kandy, unfortunately did not deliver in its classic splendor. The Rajapakse derby turned out to be a one-sided affair as Navy trounced Army at Race Course.

Defending champions Navy SC eased passed Army SC by 48 (7T, 5C, 1P) to 03 (1P) in a Dialog Rugby League 2014/15 round seven match which took place at the picturesque Race Course International Stadium on Saturday.  

Invigorated Havelock SC registered a morale-boosting 26-17 win over Army SC in a thrilling Dialog Rugby League 2014/15 encounter to start off the 6th weeks’ proceedings at Race Course Rugby Stadium on Friday. 

The fourth week of the Dialog Rugby is on and the match between Air Force and Army took place at the Air Force grounds in Ratmalana this evening. Army led the half time 26 – 00.

A determined and young CH & FC outfit missed out on a golden opportunity to topple the high-riding Army SC when the latter won their Dialog Rugby League week 3 fixture by 17-15 points on a rainy Sunday evening at Royal Sports Complex. 

An action packed weekend after some extraordinary final results for Army, CR&FC, CH&FC and Navy who were the winning teams, which cuts open wide the Dialog Rugby League 2014/15 predicting excitement to come.

Spirited Soldiers recharged wonderfully in the 2nd half to record a surprise 21-13 win over one of the league favourites, Kandy SC in their Dialog Rugby League week 2 match at Race Course rugby stadium on Sunday evening. 

CR & FC managed to pull off a thrilling 21-15 win over Army SC in their opening fixture of the Dialog Rugby League 2014/15 played at Race Course International Stadium on Sunday evening.
